Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a standard refund.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team via the help portal to receive your unique Return Authorization Number and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your device including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
